Ginger Dialogue is the platform that connects you with local businesses. We don't make or deliver anything ourselves – the business you choose does.
🤝 Your purchase is with the business
When you order or book, the purchase agreement is between you and Moin Cafe. Ginger Dialogue acts as a technical intermediary: it shows the menu or services, passes your order to the business and handles online payment.
Moin Cafe is responsible for
- the products or services and their quality
- prices, descriptions and allergen information
- getting your order ready on time
- delivery, always by the business's own staff
- the invoice or receipt for what you bought
Ginger Dialogue is responsible for
- the website and ordering system working
- safe online payments, collected on behalf of the business
- refunds of online payments, once approved
- checking every business's tax number (NIF) and documents before it can sell
- helping you if something goes wrong

Quando encomenda ou reserva, o acordo de compra é entre si e Moin Cafe. A Ginger Dialogue funciona como intermediário técnico: mostra o menu ou os serviços, envia o seu pedido ao negócio e trata do pagamento online.
Moin Cafe responde por
- os produtos ou serviços e a sua qualidade
- preços, descrições e informação sobre alergénios
- preparar a sua encomenda a tempo
- a entrega, feita sempre pela equipa do próprio negócio
- a fatura ou o recibo do que comprou
Ginger Dialogue responde por
- o site e o sistema de encomendas a funcionar
- pagamentos online seguros, em nome do negócio
- reembolsos de pagamentos online, quando aprovados
- verificar o NIF e os documentos de cada negócio antes de poder vender
- ajudá-lo se algo correr mal
